We will advise you on how to prepare and what to wear. Trust us to give you real-time feedback about what’s working for the camera and what need adjustment. We also sometimes encourage candid moments by using action prompts. We’ll give you ideas on how to interact in front of the camera so that you’re still fully present while feeling confident and comfortable.
Pro Tip: Show off your personality! Planning an activity for your session is a fun way to incorporate your interests while also keeping you in the moment.
We define this in simple terms: If it’s just the two of you (& maybe your pup!) plus up to 30 people, then you can book our adventure elopement packages. If you’re having more than 30 people total be a part of your day and photography coverage, it’s an intimate wedding.
Every adventure is unique and we will help you plan the specifics of yours. Typically, plan for 45 minutes to an hour (or sometimes more, depending on how quickly you warm up to the camera) at each location.
- Proposals & Engagements: 1-3 hours
- Elopements: 4-12 hours
- Weddings: 6-12 hours
- Boudoir: 3-5 hours
We’ll send you a quick questionnaire, a customizable quote to accept, and a contract to sign. Save your date by paying 25% of your full package amount for weddings & elopements or 50% for engagements, proposals, & boudoir as a reservation retainer.
Maybe somewhere along the way of this journey someone told you that you want RAW files. We’re here to tell you the bad news and the good news. The bad news is that if we deliver RAW images to you, your computer likely won’t have the software to open or view these images. RAWs are meant for professional photographers (like us) to develop the images. It’s like asking for half-baked cake. The good news is that you can have your cake and eat it too! We’ll deliver high-resolution JPGs to you. Your computer will be able to open them, your eyes will be able to see them, and your heart will fall in love with them. The the only thing you need raw in your photographs: raw emotion.
