They were such a blast to be around and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera.
Lydia and T from Mountain Magic Media helped capture our special day for literally the entire day and we had a blast with them! We had our surprise sunrise proposal photo session on a mountain, then we had a family brunch which they captured and were able to take some great family portraits, followed by an evening photo session at sunset. They were absolutely incredible and thoughtful in the planning process, during the proposal, and throughout the entire day. They are so dedicated and truly care that they actually camped out the night before our engagement so that they could be up at the mountain early enough to capture our sunrise proposal. Like who does that?!! I love that they didn’t rush us during the sessions and they gave us helpful tips for some great candid-looking photos. They know all of the best spots with the best lighting, the most gorgeous times of day and they also happen to know a lot about the flowers and things on the mountain which was a fun added bonus. As you can see, our photos turned out beautifully!!! We are so overjoyed with the entire experience from start to finish!! Also want to reiterate that they are just cool humans and we feel so lucky to have gotten to hang with them during our sessions. They were very go-with-the-flow, understanding and kind even when our dogs were barking at them and even when it started raining on their equipment. They were calm, cool and collected through it all. We will definitely be using them again in the future to help us capture all of the fun milestones ahead.

First off, they are an absolute joy to work with who effortlessly made our engagement vision come to life. We worked with them to choose a very specific meeting place on the backside of Mt. Crested Butte, where we were worried the ski run wouldn’t be open during go-time, so they had us select a backup spot to ensure the day would work out perfectly. They scoped out the ski run for us in advance and told us where to ski and what to do to execute their perfect plan. We didn’t have to do a thing but ski and enjoy the moment. They even came back to our place a few days later to take some photos of us with our cats (who don’t trust many people, but they got comfy with Lydia and T quickly)! Not to mention, the photos!! SPEECHLESS. They’re better than I could have ever imagined. I haven’t taken my eyes off of the photos since we received them – & I don’t think I ever will lol. These two are soo talented, and they truly go above and beyond. We are so lucky to have found them and can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

Lydia and T were incredible to work with! I found them online and reached out. Lydia was super responsive over email and text and sent me some of their work which was incredible. We agreed to work together, and since I wasn’t from the area, we talked through a couple of options for an engagement shoot in Crested Butte. We settled on the XC (cross-country) trail, and they went out to scout the location and sent me some pics! I thought this was above and beyond. Lydia sent me exact Google coordinates and times of day when the sun would be just right over the divide. Then they were out there to meet us / surprise my now fiancée.
We ended up changing it up and asked them to do a town shoot with us afterward, which was absolutely amazing. They know the town super well, and the pictures turned out incredible. Finally, they helped me pull my fiancée into a bar where our families were waiting to surprise her. Great group to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We typically spend 45 minutes to 1.5 hours per location (and then factor in travel time for multiple locations) — enough time to get every shot we know you’ll love, without it feeling rushed or stretched.
Yes. If you have a meaningful destination in mind, we’d love to hear about it. We offer custom quotes for travel experiences based on location and the scope of the day.
Yes. Once your date is reserved, you can always/at any time add on to your collection for more locations or extra services and printed keepsakes. You may not downgrade your collection once it is booked.

Your digital photographs are included in every collection, so you’ll have full access to your final images along with personal printing rights. We also include a print credit, because your photos are meant to be experienced beyond the screen.
